Faulty Clarke Regulator

Hi All,
I have a gas leak at my regulator. I suspect it is the unit itself, can I dismantle it for repair or will I need to replace it? If it is repairable can anyone tell me how it comes apart please?

To the bin, NOW!!!, don`t even bother, with gas at 230bar do you really want to risk it

can you hear where its leaking from. are you sure you dont need to just knick it a bit tighter on the bottle. his
fit it to the bottle and give it a squirt with an atomiser with water and a bit of fairy in. see where bubbles are coming from. if its not from the neck of the regulator that screws into the bottle then chuck it. buy a new one. weldequipe has some decent ones and his prices are good too
better than sh1tty clarke ones. cheaper probably

Managed to dismantle the damn thing. Looks like the pressure plate has broken in two and has ruptured the diaphragm. Gas was p*ss*ng out of small hole bellow the plastic flow setting plate. As you say looks like the bin. Thanks Everybody for the help.

chuck it in the bin and get onto weldequipe.
