One for @premmington or @doubleboost I suspect.
Neighbours vehicle was presented for its MOT yesterday and failed on a number of things, I understand. Expiring MOT would have been valid until 2/2/2023.
The testing garage couldn't do the required repairs then so the vehicle has been booked in for next Monday, yet the vehicle has been driven home, to return then. Fair enough, I suppose - booked for a fresh MOT and all that.
The thing I find odd is that the testing garage didn't issue a fail notice on the system, I'd have thought that would be compulsory with no 'wiggle room' in the system?
Question is to satisfy my own curiosity - what would the situation be if there was a RTA involving the vehicle in these circumstances?
