Well had delivery of 50 lengths today (I usually go through this in a month) and got to test the rack works perfectly has really minimised the amount of manual handling I have to do could also take way more tube if I need to.

Thank you it’s slowly coming together. Haven’t really updated this as managed to slip a disc (now all healed but still under a therapist to stop it happening) and I’ve had a heavy workload.

Still in progress but this has been a job on the list for a while. I’ve been using one tank and cobbled into the main ring works okay but a bit leaky and amazingly still getting condensate in the traps.

I could go and get a refrigerated drier but it’s initial cost and also it’ll be more electricity usage.

So I’ve gone for a budget setup that’ll suit what I need. All done in 22mm copper pipe with some hoses I had made at the local hydraulic supplier. Hopefully won’t have any pipe clips to deal with (I’ve found they come loose and leak over time)

Air comes out of the main tank, into a cooling loop with two drop points (I’ll add auto drains to these) through a high quality filter, into the second tank (which should be dry) back out to the main ring that’ll also have an auto drain.

After this is done I’ll add a proper condensate setup to pull all 5 auto drains into one place through an oil/water separator so any condensate can be put down a drain with no issues.

I’ll get some more pics once I’ve finished.

That’s the setup all finished. I’ve managed to break the bottom electronic drain valve I’ll replace with a ball valve type like the rest of the system. Don’t loose any air this way when they drain.

I did a funny link to the main system in the hope that no water can find its way uphill!

Next up is the condensate setup and have a move around a bit as a few machines are being sold/have sold.
