Everlast welders

If you ever watch the "Mr. Tig" videos on youtube, you will see him using Everlast tig welders a fair bit. I assumed they were rebranded r-techs as they look similar. But they can be bought over here now too.

Most, if not all, of the evidence got deleted but everlast (and longevity) are infamous in other areas of the internetz. Don't care what the machines are like, i wouldn't touch either of them with a barge pole personally due to the practices (a few years back) of the companies behind them*. Dunno what the deal is with that self important egotistical hack but weldingtips&tricks also use everlast quite a bit too i believe. I very much doubt either of them actually handed over their own money for the machines...

Just wondering what they are like, as i said i thought they were the american equivalent of r-tech.

Your probably right about the machines. Customer service on the other hand... dunno about today but it used to be very different, about the polar opposite of R-Tech
