Hi I have just bought a sealey 130 xt gas welder, used for 10 minutes, mint 50 quid. would this be ok for welding a motorbike trailer from scratch? I have 5mm, 4 mm angle to weld. I have never used a mig before only arc. obviously I will be doing a lot of practise before. I have read and viewed the tutorials on this site. fantastic info.

130A is a bit small for 4mm. You will have to V the joints and/or leave a gap to get full penetration (or weld both sides.)
