Euro torch questions

Hi all, as some of you will know I just grabbed a Sealey supermig 250 pretty cheap. The torch is prob not worth tarting up. Are there any limitations as to which replacement I can get?
I've seen an ESAB heavy duty pretty cheap, not sure if the " heavy duty" is just sales talk. I saw another one rated @ 150 amp, obviously too low, but what limits it to 150 amp?
Any suggestions as best / most reasonable torch welcomed. I don't need a long one as my workshop is small.

The euro torch allows you to use different size torches dependant on job e.g. I have mb35 and mb15 torches for my welder the 35 for big welding jobs with 1.2mm wire and the mb15 for welding tin that a 2cv is made of! Esab torch will be good quality

EASB says nothing about rating though. I'm a little concerned as one is rated to 150 amp, how will I know what the others are, if not stated? Also I'm unsure which part of the torch needs to be rated.

Mmb15 is 150amp mb25 is 250amp etc.

I've used a few different brands of torch, currently using TBi but mostly I choose parweld torches. They are good quality torches. The only slight gripe is that over time the swan necks become loose in the handle and twist slightly but that's over many months of daily fab shop abuse, getting flung across the floor under fabrications to reach the other side etc.

And as reference, MB 15's are like toys, avoid for anything other than very light work, I run MB25's on our 230 amp migs and MB 36's on our 320 amp sets.

The MB25's get a bit hot and start to melt the shroud insulation during prolonged use at full power. We only use the 235 for assembly and light welding though.

I bought a Parweld from the welderswharehouse + a fitting kit. Well pleased after seven years. Might have got it cheaper off the web though. Only gripe was the p&p, twice that of Axminster.
