Euro torch conversion gas confusion

I am doing a euro torch conversion on an old Cebora mig and it's gone well - so far. I've got hung up on something really stupid though.

The gas is currently plumbed in with very thin 4mm pipe. This originates in a an adaptor on the output of a flowmeter (full size gas bottle). I *think* it's 3/8bsp female with a push fit device for the 4mm hose.

The kit, on the other hand, comes with much fatter pipe. The OD measures about 7mm. So, I need some of this pipe and a different adaptor for the output on my flow meter. Can somebody enlighten me as to what I'm searching for on eBay (or whatever) as I'm struggling a bit.

eBay item 261125280421 - seller is also advertising various push fit fittings, you tube will probably be 6mm OD not 7mm.

Somewhat answering my own question.... I got the vernier callipers out. The tubing is 6mm INSIDE diameter. Plus, I finally found some 3/8bsp to 6mm tail adaptors. So, hopefully, that'll be what I need.
