Looks manufacturer specific, the changable ends are sometimes provided in box but the few I have got are all different and none the same shape as yours.
Something like this, as its only a low power device.
I got a bar of three switched neon indicated Shauko sockets off eBay ten years or more ago for under £6 IIRC. , snipped of the Shauko plug and put a UK one on in its place . .. we use it to charge my photo stuff , electric tooth brushes & a whole host of other continental plugged things .
It goes on holiday with us too as the caravan has British plugs & sockets through out . We also have a Shako plug to UK socket which has occasionally ben needed when aboard.
Euro plugs, round pins, the same size all over europe....except in Switzerland, where they use smaller pins/holes, so no tourists can use their leccy I guess.
