Hi all,
One of our machines at work has started playing up intermittently.
when you release the trigger, the wire feed stops, and the weld stops, but the torch is staying live, so if you touch the wire onto an earthed table or part, the machine flashes you.
When it is working correctly you can hear the machine clicking when you pull and release the trigger. When it's playing up, there is no click.
I assume this is a solenoid or relay somewhere that is not working correctly, but being intermittent does that point more toward the control board?
Thanks,
Mike
