I have a ESAB C200i about 13 year old now still in good condition .
Im looking to solve problem ive had with it regarding the roller feed etc ,tried all sorts of adjustments .still have trouble with the feed slipping.
It has a single roller with one groove that fits the wire and is removed with an Allan key screw in the centre of the diameter.
Ive looked to upgrade this to double grooves,a knurled groove for more wire grip but can't find and available with the same fitting their either hex or off set hole fittings or variants but none like mine,
Has any body else had this problem?
Are they still available or can it be upgraded to what is available today ?
Any thoughts? any one managed to use a roller feed from other welders to an advantage ?

if all fails ill make some rollers turned and grooved .but last resort
