erp 150 mig trouble

hi all i have just aquired an erp 150 mig which i cleaned up it worked for 5 mins and then deadish it wont arc have tested the pcb its ok the main inductor is ok you can hear it thump when the trigger is squezed the rectifier is ok the secondary inductor has the negative conected to it as you would expect but there is also 2 other wires into it ie primary and secondary windings cant semm to find any wiring diagrams for this type does anyone have any knowledge of this type or point to a wiring diagram.
the machine only has 2 controls wire speed and on/off-power settings

any help would be appreciated

So if everything checks out as working, where are you loosing the power ?

i wish i knew i suspect the second inductor may have been wired wrongly but dont know for sure as i cant find a diagram also the power indicator light doesnt illuminate but if i wire it straight to mains it works so i suspect a wiring fault. but on the other hand it worked for 5 mins.

problem solved

got a wiring diagram and the wiring checked out the power light is not a power light it illuminates to warn you that the welder has cut out due to high temperature and the primary wires on the secondary inductor are no more then a thermal cutout which i would have thought would be on the main inductor.

anyway the problem turned out to be a very bad conection between the earth clamp cable and the inductor it allowed a voltage reading but no amperage through so cut it reconnected it and its working again
