Epoxy High Build

Has anyone had any experience with high build Epoxy, specifically Novol Under 305-00?
It's marketed as a single product which will do both jobs. I'm particularly interested as I want to avoid the traditional high build route due to the possibility of moisture / humidity in my garage and it would cut out the stage of a hydroscopic paint on the car. (Stupidly subbed out my last job and it's come back with a serious case of micro blisters, 5 months after being painted)

I do hate it when people dont actually answer a perfectly pertinent question. However. In this case, it seems nobody has used the specific product. A lot of the guys use Lechler and i personally use Selemix. Both great epoxy primers that block out and can re coat to act as a perfectly adequate surfacer when blocked to 600. There is no reason that, if your only choice is Novol, it will work equally successfully.

I used this (Novol) in summer last year. Not specified as high build but certainly built up well. Requires a bit more work to flatten off than traditional primers. I sprayed direct to bare metal on motorcycle fuel tank and other parts. I would certainly use again.

I just use Lechler without thinners, works a treat.

Thanks all, there doesn't seem to be much the on the market which does both jobs, might just go with the lechler, as I've used that before. Plently of time to decide, it's far from painting weather at the minute.

I have used Novol classic car range epoxy primer and I thought it was great with good build. It takes a bit of sanding though where I put a bit much on.

I've just had my first go at blocking out the Lechler 29107. I was pleasantly surprised at how well / easily it sanded. I gave it 3 heavy coats and there seemed to be plenty of thickness to go at.

Mipa EP grundierfiller is the best of the automotive epoxy primer surfacers I think.. mainly because the fast version cures at 10c. All the others say do not use below 15c which isn't much use in unheated UK sheds.
