End of another tough day, tunes to relax by?

Well, another day of moving things from one place to another. Seems like it’s all I’ve done for months now. You certainly do collect some extraneous possessions after the best part of 40 years in one spot but we are nearly there.

Anyway, well into my third beer by the fire with the stereo doing it’s thing and I wondered what your ultimate hard day chilout selections are?

I’ve been through a few favourites tonight, Regina Spektor, Suzanne Vega, Eagles, and Fleetwood Mac so far. Can’t wait to do it all again tomorrow...

Don't listen to as much music as I should anymore sadly.

Popped my old stereo in the new Van last week. Recon I should dust the amp and sub off and invest in a few new speakers for it.

Don't have much opportunity for music at home with the kids.

My tastes are far to eclectic to choose just one genre let alone one album.

Massive soft spot for early rave and old skool too.
Early drum and bass when it was still intelligent.
Also early 60s.

There's no bad genres.
Except dubstep.
Sounds like a computer crapping out to me lol.

I really need to get onto Apple. I had about 2,500 tracks, about half burned from bought CDs and the other purchased from iTunes but one day about two thirds of them went missing. Just gone. I only noticed because I was hearing the same songs more often on shuffle, I really need to get around to complaining as that was quite a lot of money on music down the toilet. I didn’t trust iTunes from the start, should’ve stuck to buying actual CDs.

Yes. Can agree on opera.
Rave. I grew up through it so have a soft spot.

Even a bit of classical when the mood takes.

Just like good music that evokes an emotional response.
