If a complete body shell is dipped in an electrophoretic tank, is that coating as good as epoxy primer?
Or should the coating be removed from areas that will be on show and epoxy applied?
Is epoxy over e-coat pointless?
I assume e-coat is good for the nooks and crannies and hollow sections which then get a rust preventer spray.
