A joiner if you like, maybe do away with the ridged pipe and have some hoses made up?whats a running unions for? not sure how I want the pipe work configured yet I just want to test the pump, controls and rams but they pass through the metal table as they are now
What is the reason for all this purging? ATF is standard hydraulic oil with a friction modifier to stop the brake bands or clutch plates slipping in an auto gearbox.

Yep, but enerpac/portapower type tools trend to be poorly looked after, get filled with any old oil that handy in the back of the van/workshop, plus the systems oil tank probably has water mixed in with the oil.
Its called maintenance and looking after your tools.
Thanks for.the warning I know it can killI’ve said this many times on this forum but usually get Pooh poohed.
Enerpac Type pumps will run at 10,000psi, (700bar) any hoses need to have a working pressure to suit this. Standard 2wire hose will be around 3000psi. Multi wire hose may reach a working pressure of 6000psi. Make sure you use the correct hose. Google hydraulic injection fluid injury to see why
It does state 700 bar on the data plateThanks for.the warning I know it can kill
