Electric bike battery socket.

Where would one go for electric bike battery connection sockets and plugs.
The one on the bike has melted

It's got 2 large pins and 3 small pins.
But the charger plug only has the two large ones.

We can only find Chinese suppliers of the plugs.
If they do a UK version of the plug we can change both ends.

The bike is a super soco TS and has the round pins.

Im going to guess the bike has a built in battery management system as the 3 small pins would not be enough for balance.

UPDATE. It actually has 6 pins. But when he facetimed me I missed the one between the two large pins.

There not expensive but the waiting time from.china with the post strike could be weeks.

Ok thats a bit worrying that the adaptor has a xt60/xt90 rc connector, low voltage charging then.

What charger does it use, can you get a pic of the label?

Interesting bike tho, their site doesnt have many details or pictures.

I am.guessing they are 18650 as they have no markings.

That looks like a massive fire risk to me, any warranty on it?

The cells look like 32mm diameter, cant remember the code.. bigger ones.

No warranty on the battery side of things apparently..

Anyway the importer is not interested. That's Vmoto.
Dealers just refer to importer.

However I can now see how it works.
Simple to replace it with a decent 2 pin socket that will take a lot of current. And a 3 pins sensing wire plug.

I can't believe they make it look good with a socket but reduce it immediately to a smaller plug and socket.
