I bought one of these from Screwfix and it was much quicker to paint the fence, 10x 6ft, 8x 4ft and 5m of hit and miss.
I used Cuprinol Ducksback and it needs to be watered down a bit but it’s just a case of mark a line on the bottle to fill to add water and mix.
I never removed the panels but masked the posts up instead and that was the time consuming part, The hit and miss fence didn’t need it and was super quick to paint.
Clean up is easy too.
Downsides is cord could do with being longer and it gets a bit loud after a while.

Yes.
Amazon cheapy cordless Fakita's for around £20 work well enough but you will need a few batteries. If you dont have a suitable battery system for the clone tools/adaptors, they do corded ones.
You *will* need to filter and water down most fence paints to get a suitable viscosity. This may significantly increase the drying time if your spraying on a Novemeber day with a chance of showers in the evening

Looks like a pain to use and clean in my opinion.
Mine was similar to this.
No reason it couldnt be used indoors too.
My grandad once used an airless sprayer indoors. Made a proper mess, but I dont know the details.

My 100L Clarke belt drive is portable enough -so that'd be my go-to I think.
(I have bought a pressure pot after seeing yours, but it's still in the box as I have too much else on the go. I dare say that could be persuaded to spray creosote or similar.... though cleaning it to spray anything else might be a serious problem)

I looked at a Graco unit earlier this year and spoke to a decorator client who does spraying too. He talked me out of it and even offered to lend me his equipment if I wanted to spray. In a nutshell you have to mask everything off and it uses a lot more paint too. He only uses the sprayer on new builds and renovations where it's only a matter of masking up the floor, windows and fittings otherwise the time involved doesn't make it efficient. otherwise rollers and brush are quicker.
