Electra beckum 280wp

Hi I am become owner of one defective plasma cutter "Electra beckum 280wp". When I hold triger 15 second, gas flow start but no arc on nozle or other sign of live. This device has "pilot arc" start but nothing hapens. Any picture from inside or schematic will by helpful. I don know is some part is mising for pilot arc start.

After changing torch (blow back start) solder few weak soldering point and exchange faze "line" on kontaktor to second one (one contact is bad), device started and can cut material. Voltage between torch elextrode and ground clamp is only 24v that is confusing becose I am expect 85v ?
