Einhell SGA 165. Help, gas to no gas conversion

I have an Einhell SGA 165 turbo which I would like to convert to 'no gas'. I understand that all I need to do, apart from different wire of course, is to reverse the polarity. The problem is that the trigger switch uses the gun supply as a feed so if I reverse the polarity I will have a problem. Is there an easy way round this, does anyone have a set of drawings for this model? I have just joined this forum, in fact its the first time I have ever asked a question on any forum. So thanks in advance for any help.

hi there take it that its a perminantly live torch if its using the welding lead as part of the switch circuit? its not going to be an easy change and i don't have any experience with that type of welder
