Edwards pedicut

Went and had a quick look at an edwards treadle pedicut guillotine today, the blades were dull, does anyone know if the blades can be reversed

I had a little Ketona guillotine and the blade got sharpened by the people who sharpen blade for the printers...
mine werew not reversable....

I've an Edwards and they are not reversable but can be sharpened.

Smith Engineering in Ballymena sharpened my blade years ago, but I think they are gone now.
Cooks Engineering will certainly be able to sharpen them, but unless you want to cut cigarette paper they are usually fine.
