Echo hedge trimmer carburettor gasket query

Hi all,
I have this kit for my echo carb and it has 2 gaskets of the same shape, one is a plastic film and the other the gasket material type, the old only had the film type, do I use or discard the 2nd gasket?

this also shows better the blue film and black gasket which are identical.

I picked up the phone and got my answer, there are various internals which can be fitted, I know the one I need to use, the plastic one.

Asking the horse is often the better, quicker and often easier route, and should be the first resort.

yes and I also asked the seller where I purchased it, they gave a slightly more vague answer, I wont be much older before I find out if its a success or not though.
