Just tried contact details for NE23 ::: Northumberland, site says address below. However when mine was sorted I would swear I spoke with a lass from Teeside , 4 years ago.

Quite possible that the 'office' is in Newcastle, but all call are dealt with elsewhere.

Considering we have two massive DWP complexes, within spitting distance of eachother, and me as it happens.
