Duke engine

Just watched a vid on u tube, the Duke engine, seems like a good concept but never heard of it, any comments guys?.

Interesting, looks like an old hydraulic axial piston pump. Not sure about cooling rotating cylinders though.

They've been in prototype for a number of years now.
