Duane Eddy new album

Has anybody bought it yet?
I heard a track on Radio2 last night, an evil gothic row, screaming sax and twangy twang. What?says I, the eternal muso.
Tries fancy new phones song identifier thingy.
Duane Eddy??? my old man used to like that, maybe I did as a 7 year old.

Was that a one off psycho track or has mr Duane made a monster of an album?

Thanks for that. I browsed the amazon review and missed this nugget.

Primeval was the track I heard, monster of a tune, A Tarantino swamp psycho movie soundtrack. Maybe I will give the album a miss until somebody lends me a copy.
Note I likes my music dark and nasty.

Chunko, have you checked out this guy, at Black Mountain Transmitter, if you like weird, dark music and sound effects. A few beers, a semi-darkened room...
Black Goat of the Woods is particularly good.
