Dual shield wire,

I have not done any gas less up to now but might in the near future, Gas less is self explanatory, but is it ok to use CO2 as the shielding gas with dual shield?

There are quite a few different Dual Shields. Im not sure if they all run on CO2, some may be designed for 80/20 or 75/25

They are made by Alloy Rods (Esab) so their website may inform

I weld dual shield everyday and love it. I am certified with .045 and CO2 but i like running 75/25 better. I use .035 at home both with CO2 and 75/25 depending on my mood and the job. I also have some .025 for sheet metal with 75/25 but it doesn't seem to be made anymore...Bob
