Knock on door, answer door, neighbour come to collect her parcel I had taken in earlier, then a young girl come from around the side of my house saying sorry wrong house and disappears down the road, we both walk to the kerb and watch her walk down the road, i say to neighbour bet you she looks back and she did twice, so I go and check out my sidegate and find these on the floor, standard rizlas. long rizlas, busted b+h ciggy and the white spoon with powder on it, note how clean the spoon is!
Anyway I guess its drug gear, but did not know you could smoke the white powder?

a friend of mine found 25 wraps on the pavement she flushed them down the bog. someones gonna be skint or get a good kicking for loosing them i could have flogged them easily but some poor sap might have killed themselves with it not knowing whats in it

on my shortlist of new tenants included a real nice couple ,,, after a chat the mentioned that a phone line was a must as he had a nice ankle bracelet that needs to be beside a group 4 phone line after midnight ,,,
hes on bail as his truck was lifted with one and a half million quids worth of drugs hidden in the trailer ,,,, you just never know whos at what these days.

My colleagues’s neighbour decided to replace the kitchen after they’d been living in the house for a while.
As they dismantled the units, they found a false back to one of the cupboards.
Behind it they found four packages wrapped up tightly with layers of Gaffa tape.
Not thinking, they cut one open to find out what was in it and you’ve guessed it, found a white powder.
It was 4 Kg of pure cocaine. Although at the time they didn’t know that.
They phoned the police and they came and collected the packages.
It turns out that the house was previously owned by Romanians who fled back home.
They’re hoping they never turn up at the house again and want to buy the kitchen!

The rizzlas are for wrapping said powder into indivual wraps, the spoon is for measuring, maybe the cig is what it was supplied in. As to what the said powder is idk,

It could be more innocent than you think. I mean its not innocent, but let me explain -

If you've ever seen anyone snort lines of a mirror, they (in my experience) ALWAYS clean over the mirror with their licked finger. I mean im talking "club" style users, rather than Scarface style quantities. People who have spent money on the drug, and don't want to waste it.

That spoon has something on it, but its caked on like someone is either too rich to bother cleaning it off, or the substance isn't one they care significantly about. Either some sort of low end prescription stuff (that, sure, may well have been prescribed to someone else) or something they've not paid for.

Any expensive drug, and it wouldn't be caked around the spoon like that. Unless the user was rich enough that they didn't care. In which case they wouldn't be using in someone else's garden.

So, yeah, some prescription drug, or something even lower down the scale. Its not going to be anything "fancy".

Agree with this, no way would crack be caked on the spoon like that.
