The original inserts were lathe turned hard plastic. I replaced some missing ones with suitably sized electrical grommets, but those you posted look pretty good - who stocks those ?

I would imagine they could be found on ebay, I have a few somewhere maybe 5 or so and they just popped into my mind as being suitable
