I saw one of those organic vegetable boxes in Tesco the other day. All the branding on the box said 'Suchandsuch of Shropshire', but the veggies in it were from all over the world.
Tell me how that helps the environment?![]()
Now I'm not making any accusations here, but I have a Friends Husband who works doing R&D for new pesticides for one of the Major ad chem company's, Much of his research is carried out in places like, Spain, Portugal, in fact many of the Hot Mediterranean Country's, reason England hasn't got a high enough number of bugs and insects to trail on, in fact without the use of Insecticides nearly all the crop becomes compliantly wiped out, Have a look next time your in Tescos and have a look where much of the Organic stuff is produced, then have a look at hole free and un-nibbled it looks, then like me try and work out how thats achieved
