Does woodgrain steel sheet exist in UK ?

I can find mock woodgrain texture sheeting for cladding houses called "siding" in the USA. This would be perfect for my planned new workshop build but can't find a UK source.
Is there anything similar over here other than the common box profile ?

You see it on the sides of mobile homes.
Steel sheet plastic coated I think.

I've heard the yanks clad their houses in some weird stuff called aloomineyum sidings ? Not 100% on the correct spelling.

The only thing similar I can think this side of the Atlantic is the plastic coated Aluminium used on static caravans etc

you can get the caravan stuff in Hull that's were it's made
but it's like maybe 0.5 of a mill or less it comes in rolls
