I thought smart tvs, laptops, WiFi, smart phones, tablets and ps5 etc would need an avr to protect them.I'd guess not from looking at the pic. Probably a capacitor regulated.
Easy way to check- pop the rear louvred end cap off and have a look.
Also.... I'm not sure why you say you must have an AVR unit to run a house (unless you've something very fussy and delicate you plan to run).
Most household stuff is remarkably tolerant (it's usually built to work in many markets with wide voltage and frequency tolerance).
I've known countless places where the small backup to keep a ch boiler, fridge, freezer going that have used a capacitor regulated genny with no issues
