Those caps are worth good money! Especially if you describe them with the type of product that uses them e.g pressure washer etc...There may be more than two tons, this is one pile. it’s an old factory that’s been left to ruin and the pigeons .

They are not really any good for a pressure washer not at 8uf and 250v, the lowest I’ve seen for a pressure washer motor is 20uf at 425v.Those caps are worth good money! Especially if you describe them with the type of product that uses them e.g pressure washer etc...
Take the Vark with youI cant be. I did look in the boxes and the powder is wrapped in polythene bags, they have not been out in the weather or got wet, its more they have not been in a heated environment. I am going back there next week and will have a proper look.
