Ah! I should have waited. Flailsdirect have just sorted me out, plus rivets. Same measurements as you have. They could only get in packs of 25 as well. I have bought a whole pack as this should mean i am sorted for life unless i do something really stupid with it! protects itself quite well as it either floats over stones or stops with the blunt front edge against them if you hit them head on. I think i damaged that tooth because I hit a metal pole that someone had put up to support wire mesh around the base of a tree - I am slowly removing it all as its unnecessary.

the ones i had i tried redrilling them to suit the bar and it wasnt having it well hard the lot of it

if it drills its soft ish if it wont its hard plainly put
no need to go in to the terchnicality of itI remember from our old finger bar mower that some replacement sections were relatively soft and didn't hold a good edge but the original ones kept their edge.
They used to be sharpened by file but then my Dad bought a small shaft mounted grinding stone and used it in our old B&D metal cased hand drill to sharpen it.
My dad always kept a section in the fertiliser & meal store for opening bags. It was stored by wedging it into the wooden door frame.
