Do you have to paint over 3M Stone Guard

Hi All
I've repaired all my inner arches and seam sealed it all, and used 3M underbody stone chip guard, This one on link below:

Now I was thinking fit back up the car today if the rain holds off for a little longer but am I meant to paint over this with a regular paint or not???? I'm not sure??? Someone told me it was a primer only but I thought it was a finished coat??? I would ask my paint shop but they are shut being a Saturday so hopefully someone can help.

Actually a bit more searching on the net and found another link saying this product isn't over paintable so looks like it stays as it is.

Mods please feel free to delete this as I don't think its much use to anyone?!?!? Ha Ha

that link comes back to Body Schutz, not stone guard it will be a bitumen type underseal you have

The 3M 08861 in the link is 100% not overpaintable. We had a customer that tried and to say the job was a mess was an understatement!!
