I am fortunate to have come into my possession the following

Stainless Steel Drawers 750mm X750mm X 250mm deep and associated drawer slides. The SS is 1.5mm thick.

Thus I think I will build a ToolChest.

Anyone any decent plans or know where I could find a set.

Surely if you've got the drawers and the slides it's just a case of making a box to suit the number of drawers and dimensions.

Eg X times 250mm deep x 750x750 (plus the slider thickness).

What sort of plans do you want?

take a good look at drawer builds there some choices on here as well with lathes on top of them

build what you want in an outer frame but if you have stainless steel drawers consider galvanising the steel frame box to make oit last a long while no point in it rusting after its built

Question is. do you want anything on top of it. If you do then you'll need to build something substantial around them. If you dont then you literally need a square box with maybe some wheels.
