DIY parts washer

I need a small parts washer but obviously don't want to buy one so any top tips for home made?
I have a gallon of paraffin as liquid

Oh its for small bits nothing bigger than 12", must be 12v .
What should I search for when looking for one of those brushes with a hole down the middle?
Oh I must be able to build it for next to nothing!

Has to be 12v and small, dish washer is too big

Do you just want a pump and container? If so, we used a submersible 12v diesel transfer pump and a 25L plastic oil drum with some mesh in it. Worked a treat.

go to your local macro and buy a stainless catering heating trays you can get small holey inserts to fit in them and a lid, bit like these,

cut a corner out of the inner holey insert tray for your brush to pick up the fluid, thats in the bottom tray they are designed to fit together that is what I use for mobile engine building works a treat.
easy to clean and holds about 8-10 ltrs
OH yes and bend the lip around the brush hole up 10-15mm to stop stuff rolling into the hole !
