Disposable Bottle Regulator Pressure

This is for a project not welding related. I have a regulator for the small disposable bottles, does anyone know what the avaerage output pressure is using the Argon/Co2 mix? I don't mean the flow, I need to know the pressure they go up to but I don't have a cylinder to give it a dead head test on.

It is to run a friends model steam locomotive in a static display that need 5-6psi to run and 8-10psi to start.

Any ideas?

I have never used them so I would not know but they must have a dead head pressure.
