Its a Jag - they probably forgot to fit them

Your Jag was carp, mine is a V6 petrol, engine designed and improved over many years, and doesn't shake itself to death whilst just sitting still.

Why faff about, turn the disc 90 degrees bung a couple of wheel bolts in and use the disc as a jig to drill/tap a new hole.

I wouldn't even bother replacing it, wheel bolts will hold it on.
