diesel tank

evening all.

ive got a stainless steel diesel tank, not very old, measures 6foot x 2foot x 1foot.

i want to cut it down to about 4foot rather than the 6 it is, its been used.

is it possible for it to be re welded??

got a company that im going to ask, but think they will say "its had diesel in it we cant"

if u cut it down yourself just clean it out and there wont be a problem
