Diesel space heaters

So for the Clarke garage I want heat in there ready for winter. So instead of the cheapo diesel heater I see I can get a real space heater for same as two of them..

For this garage. 24 x 12 foot

Thoughts on a good one.

What type of space heater are you considering?

Oil

Note that using a gas or oil space heater in any garage and especially that one creates moisture which condensates on the car or metal surfaces rapidly.

An indirect heater such as a Chinese diesel heater in a masonry garage is a great option as this brunt fuel gas is sent outside.

Note also the Clarke garage is going to be very hard to heat and will have severe condensation. I know, I have one too! I normally run a dehumidifier inside it all winter and don't bother trying to heat it up I just avoid freezing days or don extra work wear.

Well spotted. And she did get a bollocking from me for doing it. For a time she was not a SWMBO.

Vents will just waste all the heat your putting in. The moisture will be your biggest issue. Id suggest an infared heater next to you when working, and dehumidifier on all the time.

you can use an underground rocket stove as its the same thing its just that the exhaust goes under the canvas tent
