Been on a strict minimal carbs diet, no processed food, no junk, no sugar, 1000 or less calories a day, salads, vege stir fries, omelettes, chicken breast, tuna ect.
New blood test is already normal sugar levels, and blood pressure is back to normal too, feel better, more energy, and loosing the flab.
Possible that I might have sleep apnoea as well because I feel trashed in the mornings. Hopefully get to see the sleep clinic.
