Hi,
Ive got a Devilbiss GTi Pro Lite, with a TE10, TE20 and HV30 air cap. Which will be the best one to use for Lechler solvent BSB base coat? Reading up on the devilbiss site:

the TE10 is the choice. Probably answered my own question there!
Ive got the 1.3mm tip if that makes any difference?
I was going to use the Jawel non iso 2k, but after having various problems (which turned out to be the paint it self and not the hardener or me) im going for COB now. I know its not going to be everyones taste using 1k U-Pol clear, heard a lot of people slate it but equally heard good things too. The cars going to be garaged all the time and SORN for 8 months a year, so will take my chances
. Really want to spray it myself so 2k is a no go for me.
The underside and engine bay are ready to be sprayed this Friday, depending if this man flu's has cleared up. After all the repairs I had to do, I sprayed on Jotamastic 87 in November last year, seam sealed it with U-Pol Tiger Seal, not the prettiest of jobs but its underneath:

Finally got round last week to spraying on U-Pol Gravitex 3 coats on the whole floor pan with a 2.5mm hvlp and then the splatter gun thing
for the wheel arches:

Next day sprayed Lechler epoxy Primer (just one coat, not sanding or anything) ready for colour this Friday:

For the primer I used a cheap gun, Bergen 1.5mm HVLP off a auction site, does the job well, thanks to the people on here pointing me towards the 2k Primer!! Appreciated!
Its slowly getting there at last!!
Gaz
