Looked at this briefly today....
Problem, tray sits on scales, pipe above dispenses product into tray via a manually operated flap (handle dropping down below)
When they fill the tray to the required weight, they tend to spill a lot apparently as its heaped up in the middle and falls over the sides.
They decided a huge stainless hopper around it with a round outlet and flap at the bottom would be the way to go, then the product thats fallen out of the tray can be put back into the tray every so often to save wastage.
Any ideas..... I have one solution in mind
