Denford/Viceroy sander

Picked up this machine, but it has a few problems.

Removed the table for transport to save it from getting broken, but I suspect somebody didn't in the past as one of the cast iron table supports has snapped off.
Judging from the rust I'd say its been like that for a long while.

Pondering the best way to repair it - I imagine attempting to weld it is going to be recipe for disaster - I'm thinking tig braze with a couple of thin fishplates either side?
I can't imagine it takes that much load - unless somebody drops the machine on it.

The other immediate issue, is I’m fairly sure there should be something on the end of the spindle (rusty blob center) to connect it to the belt sander (rusty V groove left).

I'm thinking a pulley, but whatever it is has long gone.

Had a look over on the denford site and oddly the only mention I can find as a spare that might still be available is for a pulley for the belt sander.
So I might be in luck, which is unusual for me, but if anybody has one of these machines and can snap a picture or take some measurements of exactly what is missing that would be handy.
