Got back at 11pm with the drill!
Had to load it upright on the trailer - wouldn't fit any other way! I drove home like a granny but it was well strapped down and never moved!
I don't think it's a Denbigh but a clone of some sort. I can't see any name cast into the frame or a makers badge but there could be one hidden under the layers of crud coating the drill. It runs nice & smooth with no play in the quill that I could see or feel. It has a MT4 spindle so it's capable of drilling 2" holes and runs so slow I could count the rpm!
I'll try to get some pics tomorrow when I unload it.
