Defender Site Light - Fixable?

The company I work for lob these in the bin all the time, I reckon it might be the PCB letting the magic smoke go, so I’ve rescued one.

Can it be fixed?

Take two or three - you never know, they may all suffer from different fault. So, 3 into 1 = happiness.

if you can find out the output voltage to the leds of a good one you could probably fit a led driver in the case

Looks like it uses a pretty basic fixed-voltage switchmode power supply, usual fault is the electrolytic capacitors drying up / going open circuit - might be a quick fix to change 'em all. They generally cost pennies.
With power on the mains, do you see any voltage on the wires to the LEDs?

NOTE: everything from the mains input to the transformer by the part number on the board IS at mains voltage (or higher DC voltage)!

I have a few of the fluorescent type ones- like yours but without the LED's... One its 110v and i bought it from a flea market- it had no socket on. Got homme, plug it in and it didnt work- someone plug-it into a 240v outlet...it let the magic smoke out ! I opened and it only took a few resistors and 2 transistors to repair back to former glory ! They do work well...

The big capacitor would be my first suspect the top doesn't look as flat as it should.
