Decent Quality tungstens?

I'm currently using Super6 tungsten electrodes, are these good quality? If not where could I purchase some decent ones.

These seem to burn up easily even with AC balance set to more penetration less cleaning.

Hotrodder finally got me on to Multi-Stikes, I wouldn't use anything else now, on DC or AC, stay clean longer, easier to strike, and holds its shape better and far longer esp in AC

What are the main reasons to choose between black/gold/blue ? I've looked around and haven't found much information on lanthanated tungstens and their correct use.

i only use the reds for steel and stainless & blue on aluminium holds the point for much longer got mine from here.

The multistrikes i introduced Shox Dr to are blue tipped Techweld / Huntingdon Fusion Techniques which are a mixed flavour (lanthana, yttria & ceria) despite them sharing the same colour code as 2% lanthanated

Gold is traditionally the colour code for 1.5% lanthanated, whether gold multistrikes are a mixed flavour/something else or just a name i don't know. Turquoise is another colour associated with mixed flavours though

Don't think they're imported to the UK but a relatively new mixed flavour is Radnor E3 which is colour coded purple and a mix of lanthana, zirconia & yttria according to the MSDS

AIUI the vast majority of tungsten is made in China (i suspect the HFT stuff is as i'd expect them to be shouting about it if it was European) making it harder to spot cheapnese *****. There's only 3 other sources according to Diamond Ground... Plansee in Austria, Sylvania (US) and Wolfram Industires (German)

I remember hearing about another mix tungsten called "laser" (it was spelt weirdly though), I wanna say it had a light green tip but I'm not sure.
