Doing my 3 1/2 hours at the corner shop tomorrow, but taking my mam over to my nephews' on Tuesday. Good lad, good girlfriend, love my mam, no problemo.

It's just going to be me the wife, 2yr old boy, 8week old girl and the dog this year. My mam and dad may as well be divorced and the mother in law is a fruit cake. Looking forward to it really only I know it's also going to be tiring playing with all the toys

Chrimbo at home with immediate family is lovely.
Another thought the Prezzies are a waste of money. The empty boxes are the real deal.
Last thought buy the 8 year old A roll of sellotape.for a joke I wrapped roll of it up for my boy at that age. Best thing he had ever had. The grumpy 16 year old asked me to do it again this year.
Next up, train backfrom Nottingham. Or maybe I walk.

I just couldn't believe last year we had a large family get together and they practically took over the house. I was told where to sit, what to watch on tv, what i could drink and what i couldn't, Oh and i had to give up my PC so the kids could play games 
This year I'M IN CHARGE, I decide who comes and who goes, The PC will not be a free for all, I will drink what i like when i like, and if anyone wants to watch crap on the TV i'd gladly call them a taxi,

I remember last time when my boy was 4 months old all he wanted was the paper not the gift! Come dinner time I will be asleep on the couch and no doubt have to warm it up in the microwave!

Presents at home with the wife to be, then off to the in-laws for some more presents and a few drinks no doubt, then off to my mothers to spend the rest of the day getting drunk, playing scrabble, which will lead to fight, then my dad will phone and **** everyone off.. Boxing day is back round to the in-laws for a feed and more beers and trying to avoid a major battle between the sibling's. everytime we sit down for a meal world war three breaks out..
