Dealing with pin holes?

Any tips on dealing with pinholes avoiding cutting out metal? Could they be filled with solder?

yes if cleaned up good enough and fluxed then tinned . preferable to do it with a large copper soldering iron heated on the stove or with blowtorch

Car panels I just welded them up and ground back - lump of brass the other side if needed to stop them blowing out.
