Low end car dealers are no different, roll a turd in glitter ( I think its called valeting) and stick it on the forecourt for three times its real value.

I think that says it all . He said he only knows of a couple of honest and fair ones

Some will be one step up from the scrap man. But Id suspect from a business perspective for used industrial machine tool sales reputation will be everything!
