I'd guess most of thr time refurbished means powered on checked it works and relist


Years ago when I played with mowers I used to do oil filter spark plug oil the cables etc before going up for sale
I dought most did that unless they where in dealers places

No dealer has bought it and added cleaning tax

No good for me because I wanted 30mm capacity not 25mm and I needed to remind myself that I’m closed and don’t need junk

Other possibility is it is not the same machine but the second seller has stolen the picture. I’ve seen it often with specialised test equipment.

If it doesn't there is always Duct Tape and if that doesn't work use more Duct Tape.

Very rare machine so unlikely. From experience dealers will try and resell before collection and you end up doing the loading for the dealer that’s just made £££ for doing nowt
